Silent Vacuum



Born in Italy. Since his early years has played musical instruments like organs and pianos. At age of twelve he began to learn classic guitar by private lessons. Meanwhile he bought an electric guitar and started to study it too. After playing with many school groups he decided to improve his musical skills, learning harmony, arrangements, composition and jazz improvisation. He has studied with some of the most important italian musicians such as S. Pogelli, M. Tiso, M. Lazzaro. His influences originate from many music genres, rock, trip hop, electronic, prog rock, jazz and acid jazz, acoustic guitar and piano players. His music is all made by PC,and midi instruments. He has produced his first album Nuvole e Pioggia in 2006. Songs inside show how eclectical is the Pierref's music approach. Some of these songs are more ambient electronic and new age oriented, some other more prog rock oriented. In October 2007 his second album “Estatika” was pubblished.
