Fantasy



PinkFantasy (핑크판타지) was a South Korean girl group, managed under Mydoll Entertainment (now Play Maker E&M). The groups lineup originally consisted of: Daewang, Aini, SeeA, Yechan, Harin, Arang, Heesun and Rai. The group has gone through many lineup changes, with the other members being Yubeen, SangA, Momoka, Miku, Rai and guest member Miu joining the group at some point. The final lineup consisted of Momoka, Arang, Miku and Heesun. They debuted with the song Iriwa on October 24, 2018. Rai left the group shortly before debut (making her a pre-debut member) and was replaced by Yubeen. While Yubeen does not feature in the music video, the song was re-recorded to feature her instead of Rai. On May 28, 2019, they made their Japanese debut with the Japanese version of Iriwa. On June 2019, Yubeen went on a hiatus due to a panic disorder. On August 5 2019, they made their 1st comeback with a single titled Fantasy. SangA joined the group for this comeback making them a 9-member group. Yubeen did not take part in the comeback due to her hiatus. On October 2019, Heesun left the group but would remain with Mydoll Entertainment. Yubeen also returned to the group from her hiatus. On November 1, 2019, they released a third single titled Playing House On April 12 2020, Aini left the group in 2020 due to health issues but she remained a model under Mydoll Entertainment. On June 19 2020, Shadow Play was released. Technically a song by the new sub-unit Pink Fantasy Shadow, consisting of SeeA, SangA, Harin, and Arang but was promoted as a regular Pink Fantasy song to avoid confusion. On June 28 2020, Yubeen left the group due to her panic disorder but would remain with Mydoll Entertainment. On October 21 2020, SangA left the group after requesting to terminate her contract with MyDoll Entertainment for personal reasons. On December 30 2020, it was announced that former member Heesun and trainees Momoka, Miu, and Miku would be added to the group as guest members for their next comeback. On January 2021, they released the single Lemon Candy, featuring Heesun as a guest member. On June 21 2021, they released Poison, the title track for the group's first EP Alice in Wonderland. On October 28 2021, they released 기기괴괴 (Tales of The Unusual ). On September 16 2022, Pink Fantasy staff members said that Daewang (focusing on producing the song) and SeeA (injury) would not participate in their comeback. On October 24 2022, Pink Fantasy released Bizarre Story: Get Out On November 8 2023, Harin and Yechan graduated from the group. At the beginning of 2024, Pink Fantasy went on an indefinite hiatus. Their final activities were on December 27 2023. SeeA left MyDoll in May of 2024. Heesun and Daewang left to pursue solo activities. Heesun, Arang, and Harin were added to Play Maker E&M's (Formerly MyDoll) project girl group I:Z. Daewang created the project group ToTh6y with Wonsik and Seunghyuk of TMC and Momoka, Arang, and Miku of Pink Fantasy. Pink Fantasy officially disbanded on July 5 2024 but they released their final single, Venn Diagram (벤다이어그램) on August 29 2024. Read more on Last.fm.
