Currently the voice of Absolut Vodka's Threetracks music project , rollercone is taking his trademark sensual sound to the mainstream with his recent Ultimate Chill covermount CD for international fashion magazine Harpers and Queen. As a producer he is a frequent name on hugely successful, groundbreaking compilations such as the million selling Buddha Bar series and the ultra cool Hotel Costes titles as well as classic chill series such as Real Ibiza, through to new compilations such as Conran's Mezzanine De L'Alcazar and Nuphonic's Cap One. He has just remixed the scenes two leading names - Claude Challe's (Buddha Bar/Nirvana Lounge) and the first single of Hotel Costes?Stephane Pompougnac. rollercone's debut album is the culmination of his many musical passions (house, jazz, ambient, soundtracks) with a tough, hip-grinding yet sultry 21st Century Soul. As a producer he is one of the unsung heroes of European club culture learning his trade in the hedonism of early ?0's Italy (Rimini) which brought him work with The Shamen, Robert Owens and S-Express. Prior to his own solo releases he produced the Swiss trippy beats posse 5 Star Galaxy and the Galaktic Sound Lab collective, including their club night at Hoxton's legendary Blue Note in 1998/99. In the last three years he has produced singles/remixes for some of the coolest independent labels in the world :Nuphonic, Good Looking,Yellow,Compost,Glasgow Underground and F. Communications. As a DJ, rollercone has his hugely successful London residency at Suburb (Cargo/Hoxton) where he fuses a mixture of futuristic sensual beats and grinding sambient house moods.
