Lefty
Seahaven came together in 2009 in Torrance, CA as the brainchild of lead singer / songwriter Kyle Soto. Kyle quickly rounded up their line-up with Michael Craver (guitar), Eric FIndlay (drums) and Mike DeBartolo (bass) and released their critically acclaimed debut EP, 'Ghost'. This caught the attention of the buzz punk/indie label, Run for Cover Records (Tigers Jaw, Basement, mewithoutYou) and the band soon released their debut LP 'Winter Forever' via RFC in November 2011. Alternative Press named them as one of their '100 Bands You Need to Know in 2012'. Soon after it's release, the band would find themselves on a diverse touring schedule, spending time on the road with the emotional hardcore of bands like Touche Amore & Pianos Become the Teeth as well as infectious pop-punk of bands like Man Overboard. In March of 2014, the band released their second full length, Reverie Lagoon: Music For Escapism Only. The album is much different than their earlier work, but still reflects the common themes found in 'Winter Forever' and 'Ghost'. Read more on Last.fm.
