Bay Area producer and DJ Shakatura creates a lush and positive fusion of dubbed-over breaks, tribal house, and world rhythms. He has performed as a DJ at major festivals including Shambhala, Rainbow Serpent, Earth Dance, Fusion, and Burning Man. A prolific studio alchemist, Shakatura has released music on Ceiba, Looq, Interchill, and CyberOctave records.
