SinQ started making sounds using computers since 1992; loads of experiments in sounds and style. Starting off with mainly beats like The Prodigy, later followed by chilled scapes and dark grooves inspired on Massive Attack and Faithless. During the peak of mp3.com SinQ was in the middle of mixing and matching jazzy sounds and grooves with electronic music. One song Number One contained samples from a local and famous (jazz) pianist, Jeroen van Vliet. Since then SinQ has been developing the sound, moving further into the electronic realms of ambient and 'arovane' style beats. This resulted in his latest release at the Monotonik netlabel: Passage LP The Passage LP is SinQ's latest product; Another debut on Monotonik, and honestly, somewhat of a spectacular one from SinQ, aka Sander van Oirschot, a Dutch electronic musician who's produced, in his album 'Passage', one of our favorite works so far this year...
