Yasmim Pinto da Silva, known professionally as Slipmami, is a Brazilian rapper. Born and raised in Duque de Caxias, Rio de Janeiro, she had her first contact with music at home, listening to international flashback hits from the 80s and 90s with her mother. A little later, she got to know emocore, whose themes and aesthetics still echo in the artist's universe today. During 2018 and 2019, she released shit-rap singles through her SoundCloud profile under the name Slipknstot, in honor of the rock band Slipknot. At age 20, she was signed to Brazilian label Heavy Baile Sounds and released a series of singles produced by Leo Justi and partners such as AG Beatz and Vhulto. In October 2021, Slipmami released her debut EP, Gostosa Posturada. Brazilian singer Késia and Brazilian rapper Rafu are featured. On January 25, 2023, she released her debut studio album, Malvatrem.
