Band History Tetrafuck was formed 2005 when Benjamin Funke, the singer, ran around in the Musa in Goettingen, Germany and stuck a paper on the wall that he was searching a guitar-player and a drummer to start a band. David Stiller reacted on that by phone with encouragement of his girl-friend, but just only because Benni mentioned NOFX on the posting. In the following meetings it was obvious: more musicians were needed! So Edgar Lee joined the band. He knew Benni before, made music with him and self-evidently he hooked up. After several tries with different guitarists Benni decided to play guitar on his own again. In addition Holger Hampel, a friend of Eddie Lee joined Tetrafuck, first hesitated - but now we think he wont leave it anymore. From then, they rehearsed, drank and partied together. After several concerts and home-recordings they finally went into the studio and recorded a promo cd, which was handed out for free, anyone and without and protectional rights. 3 tracks are available on the homepage for free. November 2006 the first album was released and it contains 16 tracks, including 3 Skits, called The First Fuck. It's produced without a label or agency. The songs on the album are written in 2 languages, german (mainly) and english. The taste of this albums is fun, punk and speed. The influences of the 5 musicians loving music, results in a nice combination. No track sounds like the other. Together with the album, Tetrafuck redesigned their homepage Tetrafuck.de in November 2006. The spread of Tetrafuck on the internet is quite good on german sites. Now Tetrafuck promote their CD anywhere and anyway they can and try to play live - just for beer and petty expenses like travelling to the location.
