B&B
There are 2 bands with the name Tricolor. 1) Tricolor was a Chicago based jazz-inspired instrumental rock band, featuring Jeff Parker of Tortoise, Tatsu Aoki, and David Pavkovic. The band was active in the late 1990s and early 2000s 2) tricolor is a Japanese instrumental band, which mainly features Irish music. Yuka, Koji and Hirofumi started playing together in spring of 2009, when the cherry trees were in bloom. They value good communication not only between the members but also with their guests and the atmosphere of the place. Their events are produced with unique moods, which fit for the four seasons of Japan. For example, they played in a tram called Toden-Arakawa-sen, when the cherry trees were in bloom. They played in the dark, with only candlelight in summer night. They played in the old Japanese house, like a private party with their dishes cooked by themselves. They played under the fir tree on Christmas eve. Each of their events is full, providing a deep impression on the audience. Their 1st CD vol.1 was on release in December 2009 and quickly sold out. In following year, they released the 2nd CD B&B. They recorded this album at the Irish Pub BULL&BEAR in Yatsugatake, Japan. Read more on Last.fm.
