WillDABeast is the brainchild of trumpeter, vocalist and producer Will Glazier. He has mostly played traditional music in past years with the likes of Snug Harbor, Yogoman Burning Band, My Dad Bruce, Monophonics, The Love Lights and more. This electronic-based project seamlessly infuses the thrill of digitally engineered electronic music with the energy of traditional instrumentation. It has been defined as many things; future soul, hip hop, chill trap and more, however this music is simply meant to make you dance to original beats and remixes with an ever-evolving funky twist. During performances, WillDABeast often incorporates live instruments on-stage using improvisation as a tool to interact with his audience. He uses home and field recording techniques to produce original drums, bass and sample engines. The recordings also feature live instruments to create danceable and familiar remixes over original electronic beats.
