Zolita is an independent artist whose music blends R&B and dark pop, and lyrically draws on her experiences as a queer woman. She's built a loyal fanbase through her self-directed music videos, each of which have gone viral and garned millions of views online. Zolita is known for her distinct message and aesthetic, which has resonated with queer kids around the world. Zolita gained viral success with the music video for Explosion, which has over eight million views on YouTube as of May 2018. It was also listed on Billboard's list of 30 Lesbian Love Songs.
