f5ve, a Japanese girl group formed in 2022 as SG5 by LDH, has unveiled the official music video for their latest single, "UFO." The track, co-produced by A.G. Cook, BloodPop and Nomak, draws inspiration from Japan’s popular claw game machines, telling the story of a girl who is exceptionally skilled at these games. Following the success of their second single "Underground," which gained traction on TikTok, "UFO" features a blend of metallic synths, robot-inspired percussion, confident rap, and uplifting melodies. f5ve (pronounced fi-vee; formerly known as SG5, short for Sailor Guardians 5), is a Japanese girl group co-managed by LDH JAPAN and global management firm Three Six Zero, and represented globally by WME. The members are Kaede, Sayaka, Ruri, Miyuu, and Rui. It is a special project unit based in the United States and consisting of selected members from the girl groups Happiness and iScream. The unit was announced in May 2022. Its executive producer and co-creative director is American musician BloodPop®. F5ve released their debut album Sequence 01 on May 5, 2025.
