さだまさし

Masashi Sada (さだ まさし Sada Masashi, originally 佐田 雅志, pronounced the same) is a Japanese male folk singer. He was born on April 10, 1952 in Nagasaki. He made his debut on October 25, 1973 as a member of Grape. Masashi is well-known for singing the theme song of the TV series Kita no Kuni kara (From the Northen Lands).
