アナム&マキ

Anam (アナム) & Maki (マキ) met each other in 1995 in high school, where they founded a folk-singing club. They began singing on the street and in nightclubs of Osaka, Japan and got contracted by the music label タイスケ (Taisuke; later part of Warner Music Japan) in 1999. The next year, they released their debut single 「戦え！野良犬」. In August 2002, they became independent from Taisuke and founded their own label, HOLE&ROLL. Members: - 河島亜奈睦 (Kawashima Anamu), born 20 August 1979 in Osaka. Is the vocalist, plays guitar and harp. Her father is the singer-songwriter Kawashima Eigo. - 本夛真季 (Honda Maki), born 13 December 1979 in Osaka. Also is the vocalist and plays guitar.
