Akio Kondo (近藤昭雄, Kondou Akio, born on September 10 in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, Japan) is a Japanese arranger best known for his works on various opening, ending and character songs for Japanese TV animes such as Captain Tsubasa (キャプテン翼), School Days, Lucky Star (らき☆すた), or The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya (涼宮ハルヒの憂鬱, Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu).
