GAUNG

Gaung (pronounced: gah-oong, Indonesian: the hole of resonance) is Indonesian band based in Bandung, formed by intuition of bassist/keyboardist Rama Saputra (Fa'al), the band is also consist of guitarist/visual artist Bob Edrian (Diopollo), and live perform drummer/percussionist Darth Maul. They're starting with a base of experimental rock heavily influenced by 60-70's progressive, art rock, krautrock, space and zeuhl. Gaung is collective intuition described by rhythm.the band reformed in 2016 consisting new lineup with Rama Saputra (Guitars) and Rendy Pandita (Drums) and newly incorporated style of music venturing into realm of various genre such as stoner rock, post-rock/metal and math rock.
