KingCobra

KingCobra (the alteration of King Cobra) is a thrash metal band from Jakarta, Indonesia, formed in 22th Nov 2007. The members are: Micko (drums), Andrie (bass), Dhimas (vocal) and Kndie (guitar). This band has released two EPs (demo), in 2009 and 2010. Which were Demo 2009 with 5 songs: Transformers, Behind the Eyes, Your Hell, River of Blood and Lost Song for the Lost People and then the Demo 2010 with 6 songs: Revenge for the Dead, Story of the Dead, White Crow, Social Cannibalism, People of the Lie (Kreator cover) and The Day the Dead Walk (Six Feet Under cover). Although considered as a thrash metal band, but their musical structure also built of death metal (death growl vocals) and black metal (high-pitched shrieks, screams and snarls vocals) elements, and sometimes can be listened in drums and other instrumentations. In some part of Story of the Dead, the usage of synthesizers makes their music sounds like industrial metal. But generally, the using of fast percussive guitar riffs and fast tempos of guitars and drums, makes their music approved by the thrash metal fans. Read more on Last.fm.
