Pamkutya
Pamkutya is a Hungarian YouTube duo formed by brothers Norbert Osbáth and Márk Osbáth, known for their comedic music videos, satirical content, and original songs. They first rose to fame around 2012 by creating Hungarian-language parodies of international pop hits, including songs by Eminem, Avicii, and Macklemore. Their videos stood out for their clever lyrics, local cultural references, and unusually high production quality for the Hungarian YouTube scene. In their early years, the duo maintained a strong sense of mystery. They deliberately kept their real names and faces hidden, choosing not to reveal their identities publicly for several years. A running joke among fans was that they never took off their signature jackets, further adding to their enigmatic image. This approach contributed to their distinctive brand and built curiosity around their personas. Over time, Pamkutya transitioned from parody to original music and began producing documentary-style, socially conscious videos under the name Pamkutya Films. These projects covered a wide range of topics, aiming to inform and inspire younger audiences while retaining the duo’s creative and humorous tone. Pamkutya remains one of Hungary’s most popular YouTube channels. The Osbáth brothers' unique blend of entertainment, mystery, and commentary has played a key role in shaping Hungarian online video culture. Read more on Last.fm.
