SUGR? is a reclusive Los Angeles based Indie-Pop artist. Bevies of journalists and paparazzi try their luck year after year, hoping for an interview, or even just one picture, taken by 1000mm telephoto lens. To no avail. Only one reporter ever managed to prevail, leading to SUGR?’s only known response, verbatim: “I performed open-heart surgery on my father at age 12.
