Wintergarden

There have been at least two groups who have used the name Wintergarden. The most recent is an Alternative Metal Band from Denmark. Wintergarden is the musical creation of international singer, songwriter, performer and session vocalist Miriam Gardner. The “song writing across the globe” was an intriguing adventure. Comprised of singer Walter Seyffer and guitarist Bernd Unger, they released their eponymous debut album in 1979, aided by producer Walter Quintus and a cast of talented sidemen. The band recorded two further albums. EMI released The Land of Milk and Honey, but their third album remained on a shelf for several years after the group disbanded before the indie Offers label finally released it. Read more on Last.fm.
