Bart Van Meulebroeck, better known as Nevel, is a producer and DJ from Lubbeek, Belgium mainly focussing on a blend of electronic leftfield, indie electronics, ambient, and psychedelic dub, with a background of over 20 years on stage, and behind the synths and samplers, and with his name behind projects like Artifical Night, Propulsion (winners of the Eurorock Contest, finalists of Debuutrock), Nebula-H (signed to the same label as Front 242), Men Versus Machine (electronic 80s cover band), and Ex.Es (industrial).
