fwb is brakence’s third track off punk2, brakence’s sophomore album. The track’s title is an abbreviation for “friends with benefits”. Much like his previously released song, fuckboy, this track was released alongside an accompanying music video, featuring frequent collaborator 50Landing. Read more on Last.fm.

Randy Findell, better known as brakence, is a singer, songwriter, rapper, producer, and multi-instrumentalist from Columbus, OH. As a teenager, brakence began to produce his own music, and after dropping out of college, he began to focus solely on his music career. His music is lateral to the hyperpop and digicore scenes, while also blending styles of glitch pop, emo, electronic, and hip-hop. He released his label debut, punk2, in March 2020, featuring the single dropout. In December 2022, brakence released his second full length project, hypochondriac, preceded by 5 singles.
